As stated by other reviewers, the kit gives you a bright purple where it should be black or a very dark brown. I solved this issue by mixing together equal parts purple with my darkest green and darkest brown (#7 &8). That gave me a color dark enough and different enough to do the job.

Used this framing kit for a Ralph Steadman canvas I bought awhile back. Much cheaper than going somewhere (Michaels, etc.) to get it framed and it works just as well. Took less than 20 minutes to assemble and included easy-to-follow instructions.

Love it but with a caveat…,This is the largest painting I’ve tried. I bought thin foamboard to mount it on but couldn’t use spray glue (too cold) so we tried another. The board warped so we clipped it to luan, which also warped. I’m continuing to paint it but we need to figure out a way to flatten it for framing.

This is a good product. All the parts were there and the instructions pretty easy to follow. We found it easier to tape our picture to a table to keep it from moving around. Our picture was large, so it took two people to get it on the frame. Not sure if 1 person could do it by themselves if the picture was smaller. It turned out great, and I was very pleased with the result. The price is unbeatable. Custom framing is way out of our price range.

This is an impressionist type painting, so you have to step back to see it clearly. I like to paint these for stress relief and this one did a great job of that. It turned out so pretty that my friends tell me they like it best. Colorful and fun to look at, pretty and romantic, and fun to paint. Only thing I would have done differently is buy it already on a wooden frame because I’ve discovered that where I live, it’s super expensive to have it framed. i bought a painting and use this to hold it. It is easy to assemble but they don’t include a wood stapler so i just use the glue to put those bars together and it works really good so far. If you buy a painting and frame and then assemble them together by yourself it will be much cheaper than buying fully assembly painting.

I tried this as an experiment for customer paint by number. I’ve always purchased ready made kits. This is a game changer. Unsure of the picture I upload, I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly and reassured me that it was a great choice. This seller is also one of the few – maybe the only one who sells larger size FRAMED canvases. I didn’t think that would be hard to find. Came with great paint and a Cole example of the finished painting. As paint by numbers usually go the colors are not exactly these same. But I’m okay with that- it lets me customize it myself, which I love doing at the end. One thing I wish they would include is a “color key map†that usually comes with kits so you can reference the numbers and color later once every has been covered. Thankfully I took pictures of the canvas prior to painting so I was able to reference those pictures. Turn around time was so fast too. I think it was 3-4 days from China- very impressive. Can’t wait to order my next masterpiece very soon.

I got this painting about a year ago, I’m a student so I worked on it here and there hence it took me a few months to finish. My issue is that he’s paint can get pretty thick easily. A good way around the just is to tighten the cap after every time you put the brush in, it’s not ideal but it works. I have bought from several different places and in my experience it has all had the same issue. I am not a painter but I really enjoyed working on this and it’s final outcome.
Note: also can Ben wrinkly but again I have not found a vender without this issue.

This painting is very detailed with parts smaller than a grain of rice. I enjoyed it very much. The only negative is running out of all the light colors (15, 9, 4) which need 2 coats to cover grey lines. I recommend ironing the canvas before starting and also stapling it to a wood frame as it makes it easier to paint propped against something like an easel (easier on the neck too). I chose to not paint the symbols.

I like layering the paint on thick, and I ran out of #2 paint but I was able to replace it with the other blues. It isn’t an exact match of the original painting and some of the colors are slightly off (the branches are more green in this) but it still came out looking great! No matter how much ironing I’ve done on the folded canvases, it’s almost impossible to get all the creases out. This rolled canvas was superb to work with. It’s a great print, easy to see, and very detailed. The only problem I had was that a couple of the paints were gritty and difficult to work with. I added some water, but they just were bad mixtures. I’m very careful about not letting the paints be exposed to air very long, so I know the problem wasn’t a result of my handling of the paints. Other than that, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I have to admit that I ordered this, mistakenly thinking it was a diamond painting project. I asked my daughter, who is far more of a skilled painter than I am, to help. She and I have been working on this for a few weeks now (an hour here, 30 minutes there) and we haven’t been able to get as far as I would have liked.
The numbers are easy to read but the lighter paint colors won’t cover the lines or numbers without several coats. With the small amount of pain given for each color, I worry we will run out of a few colors before finishing.
Some of the areas to be painted are very small and it will take precision brushes to do justice to the painting. With darker colors surrounding the very small spaces, it is difficult to keep from painting over them completing. If I pain the dark outer areas first, I often can’t read the numbers for the tiny spaces.
This is a beautiful project and I feel awful for not being able to do it justice.
I recommend this paint by numbers kit for those who have a lot of experience with painting and/or paint by number kits.

This set is really good quality. It comes in a tube so there are no creases, something I haven’t experienced with other kits. The paints are pretty thick and opaque which makes it easier to paint. I haven’t finished the piece but it’s look great so far. It’s got some very small sections though so it might be a bit difficult for beginners.

We are not done with the painting yet but couldn’t stop myself from posting this review. My daughter loves to paint and she loves cats. I bought this kit so we both can paint together. It was very easy to guide her to select the colors and She did a very good job staying within the lines. The most wonderful thing was that this design has 16 colors and that made her so happy with the colorful outcome, it’s coming out very beautiful. The only minor thing that “I†had trouble with is the tiny numbers on the canvas that could be printed little bigger. In my opinion. The brushes provided are different sizes, very good to paint bigger areas to very small areas. The kit had enough paint to cover the canvas and we are going to have a lot of paint left over as well. We already talking about framing it and hanging it in her room.

This is one of the BEST QUALITY paintings l have ever found. It is coming out beautifully. The symbols are clear and easy to see. There were a couple just a little low on beads (there aren’t a lot spaces for them and a similar colored bead cld be used to substititute). But I contacted the company. They got back to me right away and sent me a whole new one!! The canvas for both is of excellent quality. I see there are mixed reviews on this product …..I am extremly picky about my paintings and this one is truly gorgeous, and one of the best I have ever come across and I’ve done dozens of them. I highly highly recommend it. I will post a pic of it when I finish:)

I originally got this for my sister but decided she probably won’t ever paint it herself- so I’ve taken it upon myself to paint it for her as a gift. The canvas is nice and heavy and the painting map is very easy to read. The paint is super vibrant and it comes with a few brushes. We have completed Huaxiang as a family activity and have been enjoying it very much. Seven-year-old children need to remind themselves to be careful around the production line, but they do well in other areas. Family members can play together at the kitchen table, which is a fun and relaxing activity. I am very satisfied with this product

The likeness was pretty darn close!. The only negative is there were many very tiny areas I had to paint. I would suggest using a photograph that does not have a lot of background detail.
