1. Acceptance
By using getpaintbynumber.com (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
GetPaintByNumber is a free browser-based tool that converts an image you supply into a paint-by-number outline and colour guide. All processing happens on your own device; we do not receive your images.
3. Your content and the output
You keep all rights to the images you use. We claim no ownership of, and acquire no licence to, your source images or the templates generated from them. Because a generated template is a derivative of your source image, your right to use it — including commercially — follows the rights you hold in that image.
You are responsible for ensuring you own or are licensed to use any image you convert. Do not use the service with images that infringe copyright, trade marks or the privacy or publicity rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative material, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
5. Availability
The service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. Feature behaviour, including conversion quality and available settings, may change.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of output, or uninterrupted availability. Conversion results depend heavily on the quality and content of your source image.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPaintByNumber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
