The most useful thing you can include is your browser and device, the settings you used, and what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots of the preview area are very welcome.

Before you write: a lot of questions are already answered in the FAQ and the painting guide — including print sizes, which paints to use, and why some regions have no number.

Prefer your own mail client? Write to [email protected]. It reaches the same inbox, so there is no advantage to using the form other than convenience.
A photo that won't convert well
Describe the subject — pet, portrait, landscape — and roughly what goes wrong, and we will suggest a colour count, detail level and crop. You usually don't need to send the image.
Press and partnerships
Happy to answer questions about how the tool works, provide screenshots, or explain the technical approach. Mention your outlet and deadline and we will prioritise it.
Privacy requests
Because we hold no accounts and no image data, there is rarely anything to export or delete — but any request under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or the Hong Kong PDPO gets a response within 30 days.
A note on sending photos
The generator is built so your images never leave your device, and we would rather that stayed true of our inbox too. Please do not attach photos unless we specifically ask for one to reproduce a bug. A description of the subject and the settings you used is almost always enough for us to help. Common questions
How quickly do you reply?
Most messages get an answer within two business days. Bug reports that include browser and device details tend to be answered fastest, because we can reproduce the problem immediately instead of writing back to ask.
Can you make a design for me?
We don't offer a design service — but if a photo is converting badly, describe it and we'll happily recommend settings. Nine times out of ten the fix is a tighter crop plus a small change to the detail and smoothing sliders.
Do you sell or ship kits?
No. GetPaintByNumber is a free design tool only. We don't print, ship or sell canvases, paints or kits. You download the template and either print it at home or take the high-resolution PNG to a print shop.
Can I use the tool or its output commercially?
Yes. The template is derived from your own image, so the rights follow your source photo. If you own or are licensed to use that photo, you may sell what you make. See the terms of use for the full wording.
